Rebecca Baugh
Research Assistant
Rebecca Baugh is a researcher and urbanist with a background in architecture, urbanism, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (DEIJ). Her work has focused on participatory planning and design, spatial literacy, and inclusive urban development. Meanwhile, her experience spans stakeholder engagement, programme implementation, communication strategies, monitoring and reporting, developing tools, writing concept notes and reports, coordinating workshops, and contributing to policy guidance. At its core, Rebecca’s work is driven by a goal of collectively creating a safer, more free and just world where vast ranges of people feel heard, seen and valued.
