Stichting Strathclyde University (EPRC Delft) is part of an ESPON study, led by the Austrian Institute for Regional Studies (ÖIR), Interreg Transnational Programmes: Needs and Opportunities for Future Cooperation. The aim is to deliver an overview of cooperation needs and opportunities, supported by robust territorial evidence and analyses, which decision-makers can use to inform objectives and priorities for transnational cooperation in the post-2027 period.
