The midterm evaluation complements ongoing review and evaluation processes undertaken by the Programme and will also help to inform the Programmes forthcoming Final Evaluation. The Mid-term Evaluation focuses on the Programme’s overall progress, engagement and relevance, new programme elements, including new programme areas, small-scale projects, governance priority, spotlight themes, and financial elements, the long-term effects of the 2014-2020 Programme, links to emerging areas of impact of the current programme.
